2. How We Use Your Information

We use your stored data for the following specific purposes:

• Platform Functionality: To connect Clients with Providers based on their respective statuses, allowing users to coordinate jobs and establish agreements.
• Public Directory Listings: To showcase active Providers to potential clients. For this purpose, only the Provider’s First Name, Last Name, Ratings, and Reviews are made visible to the public.
• Trust and Transparency: To display historical Ratings and Reviews on profiles, ensuring a marketplace built on verified feedback.
• Fraud Prevention & Security: To analyze the velocity and details of Deal records in order to identify automated bots, suspicious transactions, or malicious behavior.
• Communications: To facilitate account validation and essential updates via your registered Phone Number.

3. Data Indexing and Public vs. Private Visibility

We value your privacy and implement strict boundaries regarding what information is accessible to public internet search engines (such as Google or Yandex):

• Public Catalog Indexing: General informational profiles of registered Providers—which include their First Name, Last Name, Ratings, and Reviews—are compiled into dynamic regional directories. These are open to search engine crawling to help Masters gain visibility and attract clients.
• Private Data Isolation: Sensitive personal identifiers, specifically your Phone Number, are strictly hidden from public views and are never indexed. Furthermore, individual Client job requests and specific Deal terms are flagged with noindex attributes, keeping them entirely closed to public search engines to safeguard customer privacy.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your data is only shared in the following instances:

• Between Platform Users: To facilitate a service, a Master's public profile (Name, Rating, Reviews) is shared with Clients, and a Client's basic request parameters are shared with prospective Masters.
• Core Technical Infrastructure: We may use highly secure, trusted third-party service providers (such as Firebase for push notifications) to transmit alerts under strict data protection and confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Obligations: We may disclose your stored information if required to do so by applicable law, or in direct response to valid, lawful requests by public authorities.

The security of your information is a top priority. We use industry-standard technical measures to protect your stored data (First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Deals, Ratings, and Reviews) against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Administrative access to user data on our servers is strictly monitored, heavily audited, and restricted solely to authorized personnel.

• Access, update, or correct your First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number directly within your account settings.
